Hey men,

Have you wanted to make a change in your life, but kept waiting until you felt more confident about doing it?

I wanted to quit my pharmacy job and become a life coach. But I had a secure, well-paying job with benefits. Leaving that behind was what made me hesitate.

What helped me move forward was going to a coaching school whose program resonated with me. I started learning, then applying that knowledge through practice with others in my program. After that, I began coaching friends.

And as I did that, my confidence grew.

I was learning how to coach by actually coaching. The more I practiced, the more I began to trust myself and what I was learning.

That’s the part I want you to hear. You can begin building confidence while you’re taking the steps toward something you want.

It’s easy to get caught up thinking about everything that could go wrong. You have responsibilities. There are things you don’t want to lose. And you may question whether you have what it takes.

Those concerns deserve an honest look. You can take your responsibilities seriously and still give yourself an opportunity to explore what you want.

Start somewhere you can learn. Have the conversation. Take the class. Find an opportunity to practice. Let the experience give you more to work with.

Then give yourself credit for what you did. Notice what you learned, what you handled, and where you want to improve. Those small steps matter. They give you something real to build on.

So, what have you been waiting to feel confident enough to do?

Take a moment with that. What is one step you could take this week?

For me, it started with learning and practice. Your first step may look different. Give yourself a chance to take it.

If you want support working through a change, let’s set up a discovery call and talk about what you want and what’s getting in the way.

In the meantime…get out there and take that next step!
