- Services Provided
Empowered Men Coaching (“EMC,” “we,” “us”) provides life coaching, career coaching, group coaching programs, digital products, and AI-assisted coaching tools. Coaching is a collaborative, personal development process and is not therapy, counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice.
By using this website or purchasing services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services.
- Scheduling & Participation
- Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance and typically conducted virtually
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice
- Missed or late-canceled sessions may be forfeited
- Participation in coaching is voluntary and requires active engagement
- Payments & Refunds
- All services and digital products must be paid in full before services begin unless otherwise agreed
- All sales are final
- Payment plans, if offered, must be completed as agreed
- Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching is confidential except when:
- You provide consent to share it
- Required by law
- There is risk of harm to yourself or others
Group coaching participants agree to maintain confidentiality of what others share.
- AI-Assisted Coaching Tools
Clients may be granted access to AI-assisted coaching tools (“AI Coach Todd”). These tools provide educational and supportive information only and do not replace professional advice.
You agree to:
- Use AI tools responsibly
- Keep login credentials secure
- Not share or resell access
- Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, programs, frameworks, videos, worksheets, digital products, and AI content are the property of Empowered Men Coaching and are for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.
- Technology & Access
You are responsible for maintaining internet access, compatible devices, and secure login credentials. EMC is not responsible for technical issues beyond its control.
9. SMS Terms of Service
Program Description Easton N. Chase LLC DBA Empowered Men Coaching operates an SMS messaging program that sends appointment confirmations, coaching session reminders, service updates, and promotional offers to users who have opted in via our website booking calendar or contact form.
10. Cancellations & Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number provided. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@empoweredmencoaching.com.
12. Carrier Liability Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
13. Message Frequency & Cost
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive variable frequency. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- EMC is not responsible for decisions you make or outcomes that result
- Coaching results vary and are not guaranteed
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services
16. Termination
Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time. Unused sessions are handled according to the payment terms agreed at purchase. EMC reserves the right to terminate services for inappropriate or harmful behavior.
17. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
