Empowered Men Coaching provides life, career, and confidence coaching through private sessions, group programs, digital products, and personalized AI coaching tools. Coaching supports clarity, purpose, and personal growth — it is not therapy, counseling, or legal/medical advice.
Using Our Services
By using this site or purchasing coaching, you agree to:
• Participate voluntarily
• Take responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results
• Use coaching materials for personal use only
• Cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice
Missed or late-canceled sessions may be forfeited.
Payments
All coaching services and digital products must be paid in full before they begin unless otherwise arranged.
All sales are final.
Payment plans, if offered, must be completed as agreed.
Confidentiality
Your privacy matters. What you share in coaching remains confidential unless:
• You request otherwise
• Required by law
• There is a risk of harm to yourself or others
Group coaching: all members agree to keep personal sharing confidential.
AI Coach Todd is private to you, but absolute digital confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
Your Responsibilities
To benefit fully from coaching, you agree to:
• Show up prepared and present
• Be honest and open in conversation
• Complete practices and exercises between sessions
• Treat the coach and other participants with respect
• Use AI Coach Todd responsibly and keep login info secure
Privacy & Data Use
We collect only the information needed to deliver coaching services and communicate with you. This may include:
• Contact information
• Payment details (processed through secure third parties)
• Session notes or materials you provide
• Activity within your AI Coach Todd portal
We do not sell or rent your data.
We share information only with trusted service providers needed to operate our business (scheduling tools, email platforms, payment processors).
You may request access, updates, or deletion of your information at any time.
Technology
You are responsible for:
• A stable internet connection
• Using updated software and devices
• Keeping passwords and login credentials private
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by technology outside our control.
Intellectual Property
All coaching content — including worksheets, programs, videos, frameworks, and AI coach materials — belongs to Empowered Men Coaching.
You may use materials personally, but not copy, share, resell, or repurpose them.
Limitations of Liability
Coaching results depend on your commitment and follow-through.
Empowered Men Coaching is not responsible for decisions you make or outcomes that follow.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
Ending Services
Either you or Empowered Men Coaching may end the coaching relationship at any time.
Any remaining sessions are handled according to the payment and program terms you agreed to at purchase.

We may update these Terms & Privacy guidelines as our services evolve. Continued use of this site or our programs means you accept any updated terms.
