I am committed to helping men, helping you, develop your full potential and lead a fulfilling life. One aspect of this is helping you understand and own the value you bring to your work and relationships.

At various times, men tell me they struggle with feeling confident in their value and worth. They may doubt their abilities or feel like they are not measuring up to the expectations of others. It may manifest as a voice in their head accusing them of being an imposter, a poser, or a fraud.

Left unaddressed for several weeks or months, this thinking can lead to feelings of inadequacy and a lack of fulfillment in both your personal and professional life. Life is too short and your opportunities are too big to stay stuck in this place.

The truth is that each and every one of us has unique strengths and qualities that bring value to the world. It is essential for you to recognize and embrace these qualities, and to have the confidence to assert your value in your work and relationships.
So how can you start owning the value you bring? Here are a few tips:
1    Reflect on your strengths and accomplishments.
What are you good at? What have you achieved that you are proud of? Take the time to think about these things and write them down.    2    Communicate your value.
Don’t be afraid to share your strengths and accomplishments with others. This can be as simple as speaking up in meetings or sharing your ideas with colleagues.     3    Set goals and work towards them.
By setting goals and working towards them, you can develop new skills and achieve new accomplishments, which can help you feel more confident in your value.    4    Seek feedback.
Ask for feedback from your colleagues, friends, and loved ones. This can help you understand how others perceive your value and can provide valuable insights into areas for growth.
Remember, owning your value is not about ego or arrogance. It is about having the confidence to assert the unique qualities and strengths that you bring to the world. By taking the time to reflect on your value and communicate it effectively, you can enhance your relationships and lead a more fulfilling life.
